Refund & Withdrawal Policies
Refund Policy
The $200 enrollment fee is non-refundable, unless your child does not attend ever. Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month (unless otherwise agreed upon with Kumu Leti) and is calculated at a flat rate. Once tuition has been paid, and the child(ren) has attended 5 days or more of childcare, Kumu Leti will not issue a tuition refund. If you do not inform me of your intent to remove your child from Kumu Leti's House one month in advance, tuition will be due for the following month.
Withdrawal Policy
If you wish to withdraw your child from Kumu Leti’s House, a 30-day written notice is required. A “Notice of Withdrawal” form must be completed, signed, and submitted to officially withdraw. If you choose to withdraw from the program, and decide to return, an open spot is not guaranteed. But your child(ren) will be added to the waitlist. Emergency withdrawal situations will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. If you do not give a month’s notice, full tuition will still be due. If you’ve given notice, we will actively fill your child’s spot (likely within the day). If your new care option falls through, you may reapply and/or be put on the waitlist until another spot becomes available.
